Promotion of 41 homes for Build to Rent

On the outskirts of Stuttgart, more specifically in the town of Ehningen, 41 dwellings of different types will be built, spread over three buildings with common gardens.

The project developer from the beginning had the objective with this project to develop energy-efficient and healthy homes, following the German KFW40 energy standards and to contribute to the reduction of global CO2 emissions in the construction industry, for which the buildings were designed in wood with a construction system of light wood framework for the facades and floors of CLT.

The location of the houses with respect to orientation manages to benefit from the maximum natural comfort in all seasons of the year, also achieving cross ventilation in a large number of the houses in the project.

Apart from this, it will be possible to reduce construction times due to the production of many elements in the factory, among other floors, stairs, balconies and bathrooms.
