New construction of 3 residential buildings with garage.

Development of executive project with BIM standards of 3 residential buildings with garage and common areas.
Apart from the project we have developed the BIM coordination between all disciplines, clash detection and BIM implementation with the client for the development of future projects.
The project has been developed with German energy efficiency standards KFW-55, which guarantees that the building will consume 45% less energy than a conventional building.
